By booking and using Coastal Photo Studio LLC, you agree to the following terms and conditions. These policies are in place to ensure a smooth, respectful, and professional experience for all guests.

1. Booking Time & Arrival Policy

Studio bookings are valid only for the exact time frame reserved.

  • Please do not arrive early, as other clients may still be utilizing the space.
  • Your booking time includes setup, shooting, and breakdown.
  • Early arrivals or late departures may result in additional fees or impact future booking privileges.

If you need additional time, please book it in advance.

2. Cancellations, Rescheduling & Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable.

However, we understand that plans can change. Our cancellation and rescheduling policy is as follows:

  • Cancellations and rescheduling requests must be made at least 72 hours (3 days) prior to the scheduled reservation start time.
  • Eligible cancellations will receive a studio credit, valid for 3 months from the date of issuance.
  • Requests made within 24 hours of the scheduled booking start time cannot be accommodated.
  • Studio credits may be used toward future bookings only and hold no cash value.

No refunds are issued under any circumstances.

3. Booking Adjustments

  • Reserved time slots may not be divided or partially modified.
  • Any changes must apply to the entire booking duration.
  • Partial cancellations, partial rescheduling, or time splitting are not permitted.

4. Use of Space & Responsibility

The individual who books the studio is fully responsible for:

  • All guests, clients, and vendors present
  • Proper use of studio equipment and furnishings
  • Any damage caused during the booking period

Any damage, excessive mess, or misuse of the space may result in repair, cleaning, or replacement fees.

5. Equipment & Furnishings

Only approved equipment and furnishings may be used.

  • Equipment must be handled with care.
  • Items may not be removed from the studio.
  • Moving large furniture or backdrops must be done carefully and returned to original placement unless otherwise approved.

6. Clean-Up Policy

The studio must be left in the condition it was found.

  • Props and furniture returned to original locations
  • Floors left free of debris

Failure to follow clean-up guidelines may result in a cleaning fee.

7. Safety & Conduct

  • No hazardous materials, open flames, or illegal activities are permitted.
  • All guests must follow safety guidelines while in the studio.
  • Disruptive or unsafe behavior may result in immediate termination of the booking without compensation.

8. Liability & Insurance

Coastal Photo Studio is not responsible for:

  • Personal injury
  • Loss or damage to personal property
  • Client or guest actions

By booking the studio, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with use of the space.

9. Right to Refuse Service

Coastal Photo Studio reserves the right to refuse or terminate bookings that violate these terms, compromise safety, or negatively impact the space or community.

10. Agreement

By completing a booking, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to all Terms & Conditions outlined above.
