Before any session or studio rental takes place, all clients and renters are required to review and agree to the applicable Coastal Photo Studio agreements. These contracts outline important details regarding scheduling, payments, studio use, and expectations to ensure a smooth and respectful experience for everyone. Completion of the appropriate agreement is required prior to services being rendered.
Client Photography Agreement
This agreement is intended as a general client contract for photography services at Coastal Photo Studio, including but not limited to headshots, portrait sessions, mini sessions, branding sessions, and creative sessions. This document is a working draft and may be updated as services evolve.
Studio Rental Agreement
This Studio Rental Agreement (“Agreement”) applies to photographers, creatives, educators, and other individuals or entities renting the Coastal Photo Studio space. This agreement is separate from client photography contracts and is intended to clearly outline expectations, responsibilities, and permitted use of the space.
