Individual professional headshots are booked through our standard Studio Portrait Session.
The session has a $49.99 sitting fee, with digital photographs and printed products purchased separately after you view your private gallery.
This works especially well if you only need one or a few updated professional photographs rather than a large package of images.
What if I need headshots for multiple employees?
Businesses and organizations needing individual headshots for multiple team members are booked through our Business & Team Headshot service rather than the standard individual portrait session.
Team sessions are designed to create a consistent look across your staff, including coordinated lighting, backdrop, framing, and editing.
Our team setup is also documented so future employees can be photographed in a similar style as your staff changes.

What should I wear to my session?

How long does an individual headshot session take?
Individual headshots booked as a Studio Portrait Session are scheduled for up to 30 minutes.
Business and team sessions vary depending on the number of employees being photographed and the needs of the organization.
Do you help with posing and direction?
Absolutely.
You do not need to know how to pose before arriving. Direction is provided throughout your session, including body positioning, expression, hands, posture, and small adjustments that help create a natural and professional result.
Can I choose my backdrop?
Yes. Coastal Photo Studio has multiple backdrop options available.
For individual sessions, we’ll choose a backdrop that works well with your clothing and intended use.
For business and team headshots, we’ll establish a consistent backdrop and lighting style that can be used across the organization and recreated for future staff whenever possible.
Are headshots photographed only in the studio?
Standard individual headshots and Business & Team Headshots are photographed at Coastal Photo Studio in North Bend, Oregon, where we can control the lighting and maintain a consistent look.
If you’re looking for a larger branding session or photography at your business location, please contact us to discuss a custom session.
When will I see my photographs?
After your session, you’ll receive access to a private online gallery.
For individual Studio Portrait Sessions, you’ll be able to view your photographs and choose which digital images and printed products you would like to purchase.
Business and Team Headshot sessions include a predetermined number of finished photographs based on the service booked.
Can I use my headshots for my business?
Yes.
Your finished headshots may be used for your website, professional profiles, social media, staff directories, business marketing, and other standard promotional uses.

How do I book an individual headshot?
If you’re the only person being photographed, simply book a Studio Portrait Session through the website.
You’ll pay the $49.99 sitting fee when booking and choose the photographs you’d like to purchase after viewing your gallery.

Businesses and organizations needing headshots for multiple employees should book through our Business & Team Headshots option.
A $99 non-refundable deposit reserves your appointment and is applied toward the total cost of your team session.
Final pricing is based on the number of employees being photographed, with the remaining balance due on or before the scheduled session date.
