Every wedding also includes the planning, preparation, professional editing, image backup, and finished online gallery that happens beyond the hours I’m physically holding a camera.
Complimentary Studio Access
Not getting ready somewhere particularly photogenic?
That’s okay.
Wedding couples may use Coastal Photo Studio at no additional charge during their contracted photography coverage.
Come to the studio nearly wedding-ready for finishing touches, beautiful detail photographs, bridal-party moments, a first look, or portraits before heading to your wedding location.
Brides who choose to create portraits at the studio can also receive a set of five dedicated bridal keepsake portraits.
The studio is completely optional. It’s simply another beautiful space available to you when it makes sense for your wedding day.
Wedding coverage begins when photography begins and runs consecutively for the time reserved. Studio time and travel between wedding-day locations are included within your contracted coverage.
Want More Time for Portraits?
Your wedding day should still feel like your wedding day.
If you don’t want to spend a large portion of your reception or celebration away from your guests, you can add a Dedicated Couple’s Wedding Portrait Session for $349 on another date.
Dress up again. Slow down. Chase beautiful light. Make the portraits without watching the clock.
Second Photographer Coverage
I photograph most weddings independently.
For weddings that require simultaneous coverage, separate locations, or an additional perspective, a second photographer may be added.
Second Photographer — $600 for up to 6 hours
Additional coverage — $100/hour
Only Four Weddings for 2027
I intentionally photograph a very small number of weddings each year.
For 2027, I plan to accept:
Up to 2 Spring Weddings
1 July/August Wedding
1 Fall Wedding
That’s it.
Limiting my wedding calendar allows me to give each couple a more personal, hands-on experience instead of spending the year rushing from one wedding to the next.
July + August
Only one wedding total will be accepted between July and August.
Peak summer wedding dates carry a $2,900 minimum investment.
Once that summer date is reserved, July and August wedding availability will close for 2027.

Do you offer wedding packages?
Rather than traditional one-size-fits-all packages, I build wedding coverage around your actual timeline and priorities. We’ll decide together which parts of the day matter most and how much consecutive photography coverage you need.
How many weddings are you booking for 2027?
I plan to accept no more than four weddings for the entire year — up to two in the spring, one total between July and August, and one in the fall.
Can we use Coastal Photo Studio on our wedding day?
Yes. Wedding couples may use Coastal Photo Studio at no additional charge during their contracted photography coverage for finishing touches, details, portraits, a first look, or other pre-ceremony photographs.
Does travel count toward our photography time?
Yes. Wedding coverage runs consecutively from the time photography begins until your contracted coverage ends. Time spent at the studio, traveling between wedding-day locations, and transitioning throughout the day is included within that coverage window.
Do you include a second photographer?
I photograph most weddings independently. A second photographer can be added for $600 for up to six hours, with additional time available at $100 per hour.
Can we take our couple portraits on another day?
Absolutely. A Dedicated Couple’s Wedding Portrait Session can be added for $349, giving us more time to create intentional portraits without pulling you away from your wedding-day celebration.
When do 2027 wedding bookings open?
My 2027 wedding calendar officially opens in November 2026. Because availability is intentionally very limited, early inquiries are encouraged.
